Welcome to the web site for Hanbury Hill Baptist Church. We are a small to medium family church based in Stourbridge in the West Midlands. We meet together to worship the Lord every Sunday morning and evening. We have a membership of 80 with a regular Sunday attendance close to 100, including children, young people and folks of all ages. Whoever you are, young or old, you are welcome to join us!
We are an active fellowship, who love the Lord Jesus Christ and seek to honour Him in all we do. We believe that we are friendly, informal, yet busy and outward looking. First time visitors do comment on the friendly welcoming atmosphere and this seems to be an encouragement for them to return more regularly. We hope that if you have visited us (perhaps today or recently) that you found this to be true.
We are members of the Baptist Union of Great Britain (BUGB) and of the Heart of England Baptist Association (HEBA) and support and take an active interest in both.
Besides the Sunday services we are active in many other areas. Such regular events and activities include: Boys' Brigade and Girls' Brigades, Sunday Club, Coffee Time, Ladies' fellowship, House groups, Table Tennis Club, Little Angels toddler group, Worship group and many more.
