HOPE BAPTIST CHURCH STOURBRIDGE
Loving, Serving and Sharing Jesus
We've changed our name! On 16th March 2017 Hanbury Hill and Halesowen Baptist Churches amalgamated to form Hope Baptist Church Stourbridge. We celebrated with a lot of cake, as you can see, with Lesley (left, Halesowen secretary), minister Dave and Diana (right, Hanbury secretary).
We are a warm and loving church community of around 150 with a variety of ages and backgrounds and you would feel very welcome if you visited us.
Click on the links above to find out more about our Sunday worship, our weekday activities, our networks and our beliefs.
Congratulations to our Secretary, Diana Seeney,
who has received an MBE in the new year's honours
for her services to the Girls' Brigade over many years!
A HAPPY AND GOD-BLESSED NEW YEAR!!
Chapel Street (off Worcester Street),
Even if you know the town well, you may not have come across our building, since it’s a bit tucked away off Worcester Street. You may be more aware of a small pub on the corner of Chapel Street (the Waggon and Horses). We are within easy walking distance of the town centre and there is some on-street parking in the immediate location and on Worcester Street.
If you want to find out more about the Church or about the Christian faith, would like someone to talk to or to pray with you, or need some sort of practical help, please use one of the links below:

You’ll be very welcome!
we normally use the door to the side of the chapel garden past the flower bed, since the porch is only accessible via rather steep steps!
The chapel is accessible for people in wheelchairs via an easy slope access ramp.
Wheelchair accessible toilet facilities are available.
We have a stair lift to help people access the hall, which is on the first floor.
We operate a loop system for people who use hearing aids.
Words for songs are projected onto an overhead screen and large print books are available.
